Following through with our plans to grow our workforce and expand globally in 2023, Flowdesk has opened its third global office in the US after Paris and Singapore.
Our immediate focus is on building business and legal coverage in the Americas to provide enhanced support and tailored solutions to digital asset issuers worldwide.
Flowdesk’s expansion comes at a crucial juncture in the history of digital assets. Cryptocurrency regulations are becoming increasingly clear. Demand for building sustainable markets in crypto and asset tokenization is soaring. As a company that is built to be compliant from day one, we find this to be an immense market opportunity at the right moment to build a strong presence in the United States.
This is an important step towards realizing Flowdesk’s global ambitions. By establishing a local presence in key financial hubs and engaging with regulators, we aim to shape the future of the crypto industry while maintaining compliance and fostering trust.
To do this, Flowdesk has registered its US legal entity. We are working together with a law firm to safeguard our clients by obtaining regulatory registrations and adapting our compliance processes to US legal requirements. Also, in line with our commitment to regulatory engagement, we are actively participating in public consultations with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) just as we do in the European Union.
With this, Flowdesk ambitions to make a lasting impact in the US market and contribute to the adoption of blockchain technology worldwide. Flowdesk CEO Guilhem CHAUMONT is confident that :
"The next phase of blockchain's growth will witness the entry of traditional financial players to crypto. Our New York office positions us at the forefront of this transformative shift. It will put Flowdesk right at the heart of mainstream blockchain adoption, leading the way towards a tokenized future."
